PAS serves as a church planter in an area of southwest Asia that is hostile to the gospel. He is married and has two children. He says, "I was born in a Christian family. My parents brought me up in a Christian faith. They taught us the Christian way of life and took us to church regularly. However, when I reached my teen age, my relationship with God was not so good. I used to run away from God. There came such a time my father had a heart attack due to which I was broken at that time. I felt very lonely and helpless. My father was the only one earning. We did not have resources to meet medical expenses, then God’s word gave me a living and perfect hope. I realized that I was far from God. I asked God for forgiveness and repented. By the grace of God, my father recovered from the heart attack. After that God continued to guide me, God gave me a burden to become His servant."
