Anderson De Costa Cruz & Sara Schwartz

Anderson and Sara have been married for almost eight years and serve Greeks and refugees. As a Brazillian living in Greece for almost 30 years, Anderson has a unique blend of identifying as both Greek and a foreigner. This has helped prepare the way for ministry through sports (particularly soccer) to both Greeks and refugees. Sara is American and has been in Greece for over 10 years and has also served through sports camps and English tutoring. As a couple, they have a unique ability to connect with both locals and foreigners while always looking for ways to offer the saving love of Jesus. Anderson and Sara have a vision to use sports, and fitness as a way to minister the Gospel to the people living in Greece, with an emphasis on refugees in particular.
