Maria Selena Canel
Maria is a quiet young girl in Guatemala who lives with her mother and father and five siblings. Maria loves coloring and wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. Along with meeting the child's physical and educational needs, the Yalu Nim Jay Child Development Center focuses on meeting the spiritual needs of the sponsored children and their families, presenting the gospel to them regularly. Sponsorship for Maria would change her life for the glory of God. Not only will her basic needs be met, but she will learn about the gospel and be discipled by a loving community.
