National Workers A National Worker is a man or woman whose life is dedicated to reaching the people of his or her own nationality with the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are an integral part of the ministry of AMG. AMG helps train, equip, and underwrite the ministries of over 400 national workers, church planters and Bible School students in 20 countries. National Workers can be found...
Why use National Workers?
These faithful servants labor in children's ministry, youth camps, radio ministry, leprosy ministry, evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. They are committed to AMG's mission: To give everyone on earth a chance to hear and respond to a clear presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Most national workers are stationed in remote villages where there are few Christians, and where they receive little in the way of encouragement or help in their ministry. These workers are often responsible for sharing the gospel in several villages because the Christian witness is so sparse. Others minister in larger towns, where opposition from the state religion can be just as intense as the hostility of the tribal religions in the villages. YOU can have a part in this ministry! AMG invites you to become the sponsor of a national worker. It costs only $50 a month for you to have a vital role of support and encouragement, enabling a national worker to continue in his or her ministry.
You can make your first national worker sponsorship donation below and in just a few days you will receive his or her picture and biographical/ministry information. Periodically you will receive updates so that you can pray about the specific details involved in the ministry that you are supporting. What an adventure you are about to enter as you correspond with and pray for your national worker! YOU can make a difference! |
