AMG Missions Department StaffA lot of effort is required to make sure ministry outreach runs smoothly in nearly 60 countries around the world. We are grateful for the people God has brought to AMG’s missions office to make it run smoothly.

Patrick (Pat) Ragan is the Coordinator of Missionary Personnel. Pat, his wife, Traci, and their three daughters returned recently from Guatemala where they helped oversee AMG’s ministry to nearly 8,000 precious children and their families. He is responsible for overseeing all AMG missionaries and national directors, the care, recruitment, and training of missionaries, and short-term team ministry. Pat can be contacted at patrickr@amginternational.org.

Roger Thomas is Coordinator for Outreach Projects and Sponsorship Programs. Roger is a retired Environmental Engineer, and is also retired from a second career as Director of World Missions at a large Chattanooga church. Anything to do with newspaper evangelism, special projects for the field, national workers, and child sponsorships are Roger’s responsibility. He can be contacted at rogert@amginternational.org.

Anna Ioannidis is the Children’s Coordinator. She works tirelessly to assign sponsors to children and to oversee everything pertaining to the child sponsorship program. Anna and her husband, Symeon (head of the AMG Greek Department) were first introduced to AMG in their homeland – Greece. Before moving to the U.S., Anna worked at AMG’s St. Luke’s Hospital in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Sarah Lott is the International Ministries Assistant. She is the first point of contact for phone calls, mail, and requests of the International Ministries Department, and handles a variety of support activities for the department. Her e-mail address is sarahl@amginternational.org.

Mary Hancock is the Financial Secretary. She directs support money to all of the AMG fields, sponsored children, national workers, camps, projects, and ministries, etc., with amazing accuracy. Mary has been an integral component of the International Ministries Department for over 17 years.

Mindy Hanson, a reliable and long-term volunteer, works almost every day to assist Anna in the children’s sponsorship program. As you might imagine, keeping up with the sponsor assignments, letters, and gifts between sponsored children and their supporters is a massive job especially when you realize it involves thousands of children spread across more than 16 countries.

Pete Lafakis is our Coordinator of Short-term Missions. Pete has held several pastoral positions in which he was responsible for children’s ministries, senior adult ministries, evangelism, discipleship, and counseling. His email address is peterl@amginternational.org. If you are interested in joining a Mission Adventure team to one of our mission fields, please contact him.

Clara Ruiz is Ministry Assistant for National Worker and Children SponsorshipsHer responsibilities include assignment of and correspondence to and from national workers, as well as providing similar administrative support for the children’s sponsorship program. Clara also manages the newspaper evangelism records.

Traci Ragan is Outreach Project and Sponsorship Program Assistant.  She provides administrative support to the Coordinator of Outreach Projects and Sponsorship Programs, facilitates communications between the Home Office, Field Offices, Child Sponsors, Missionaries, Donors Department and various outside agencies.

Roberto Bautista is an AMG missionary that God has called to reach Hispanics in the US and around the world.  He lives in Chattanooga and maintains an office at AMG headquarters.  He can be reached at robertobautista@aol.com.
