How to become a missionary with AMG International
If you sense a clear call from God to missionary service, and after looking through our website, you feel that AMG is the agency for you, contact us and ask for a Preliminary Questionnaire.
Formal Application
After reviewing the information from your preliminary questionnaire, if the results are favorable, you will receive a formal application which contains a more detailed section on your doctrinal beliefs. If both AMG and your sending church approve, AMG’s mission committee will schedule you for a personal interview.
Interview
AMG’s mission committee wishes to be sure that you have found God’s perfect will for your life so that you will be able to serve Him, experiencing His blessing and fruitfulness. During this interview you will be asked to explain your personal philosophy of ministry, particularly that of missions.
Orientation
Subsequent to the interview, you will learn about AMG's missionary financial policy, accountability, prayer letter guidelines, interpersonal relationships, cross-cultural adaptation, etc. Upon completion of this final step, you will be officially recognized as an appointee of AMG International and commissioned by your sending church as their missionary.
