Strategic Partnerships Over more than six decades of ministry, AMG International has sought to multiply the ministry impact of our calling through strategic partnerships. Through cooperative arrangements with like-minded individuals and organizations, God has enriched our fellowship, expanded our “reach,” and meaningfully touched thousands of lives with the love of God in Christ. The core of these partnerships is a Scriptural foundation, and a love for the lost. Each partnership is unique. The primary objective of each partnership differs based on the common objectives that helped create the partnership. While the motivation and values of each partner are grounded in Scripture, doctrinal soundness rather than uniformity is the central expectation. Good faith and responsible stewardship are the operational guidelines that unite us. Key current strategic ministry partners are listed below, with links to their websites. AMG does not seek to direct or influence the content of partner websites, so bear the above comments in mind as you peruse them. Some sites are available in more than one language, so be sure to click the appropriate language tile when you visit.
Greek Bible Institute / Alpha Program – Greece AMG International is a leading missionary ministry in Greece and historically has played the role of “connecting people and projects” for missionary endeavors in this country. One of those “connections” is our cooperation with The Greek Bible Institute and the ALPHA program.
The Alpha program in Greece is under the direction of Dr. John Gianopoulos. You can learn more about the Alpha program in Greece by clicking here: http://www.alphaprogram.eu/ Woord en Daad - The Netherlands AMG has had a long and effective partnership with Woord en Daad. This cooperation has been focused primarily on child development and sponsorship ministry in Guatemala and the Philippines, and directly impacts over 20,000 children, their families, and their communities. The stated Mission of Woord en Daad is to fight poverty in Africa, Asia and Central-America from a Christian perspective. Woord en Daad – “Word and Deed” in Dutch – operates in 21 countries. “Through local organizations we want to provide a decent existence for the poor. To do this, we make an appeal to everyone’s responsibility, both here and over there. Woord en Daad would like to be a strong and reliable link between you and the poor in our working area. Woord en Daad structurally cooperates with Christian partner organizations in the Education program, the Job & Income program (vocational training, job mediation and starting small business), and the Basic Needs program (health care, water and agriculture).” (Excerpted from their website) Click here – http://www.woordendaad.nl/ – to visit the Woord en Daad website. Kindernothilfe (KNH) – Germany Kindernothilfe (KNH) was founded in 1959 by a group of dedicated Christians in Duisburg, Germany, in order to help needy children in India. Over time, it has become one of the largest Christian organizations in Europe for children's aid. KNH supports more than 268,000 children and young people in 27 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. KNH aims to give needy children in the poorest countries of the world a chance to a good start in life. That means a basic school education and vocational training, good nutrition and health care, as well as community-oriented support to the families of the children. KNH works together with partner organizations located abroad, usually churches, congregations, or Christian organizations. KNH is a registered charitable organization and a member of the Evangelical Church in Germany. More than 90 percent of the work is financed through donations of individuals who support Kindernothilfe. KNH heeds its Christian values and responsibilities as reflected in the life of Jesus. (Excerpt from the KNH website) The organization’s name means, Help for Children in Need. AMG’s cooperative ministry with KNH is primarily for the benefit of children and the disadvantaged in India.
