Internet Evangelism
We have called the idea, “newspaper evangelism.” Countless thousands of souls have begun the journey to spiritual freedom in Christ when they saw a Gospel ad while in the relative privacy of reading the daily news or their favorite magazine. But now, thanks to new technology, AMG International is taking media evangelism to a whole new level! As the times and generations change, electronic media is replacing many newspapers and magazines. An estimated 23 million Persian speaking young people will visit the world wide web this year. What if on those visits they see an invitation to learn about Jesus? What did He really teach? What was He really like? What difference can He really make? In changing times, we have also taken a cue from the Apostle Paul who said, “I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some … for the sake of the gospel.” (I Corinthians 9:22-23). God has provided AMG with ministry partners, web ad designers, interpreters, counselors, and faithful Christian people who know how to prepare an internet-based introduction to Jesus and the Gospel. Both AMG and our partners are convinced after much prayer that the time is right for this project. This is the opportunity of a lifetime to introduce Jesus to spiritually-hungry people who are eager to listen! Launching this effort effectively and maintaining visibility on the web long enough to have the desired impact will cost from $75,000 to $100,000 US. For every $1 you invest, 400 Persian-speaking internet users will see one of these web banner ads! Now is the time for you to make the difference! Join with us in sharing the challenge and excitement through your prayer and financial support. Please prayerfully consider what God would have you do to help fund this exciting project, as together we look forward to a great harvest of souls for the kingdom! |
