Spiritual Life

• New creature in Christ Jesus
• Life of personal holiness
• Active member of evangelical Bible-believing church
• Daily fellowship with the Lord
• Faithful in sharing the gospel
• Committed to discipleship
• Sound knowledge of the Scriptures
• Agreement with AMG's Statement of Faith 
• Clear sense of God's call to cross-cultural ministry

Practical Considerations

• Education beyond high school, including formal Bible training
• Physical, emotional and mental health
• Servant's heart
• Flexibility
• Willingness to develop relationships with people of other cultures
• Leadership ability
• Personal discipline and motivation
• Perseverance

Initial Inquiry
If you sense a clear call from God to missionary service, and after looking through our website, you feel that AMG is the agency for you, please complete and submit a Preliminary Questionnaire. This is not a formal application but an opportunity for AMG to access your readiness for a missionary career.

Formal Application
After reviewing the information from your preliminary questionnaire, if the results are favorable, you will receive a formal application which contains a more detailed section on your doctrinal beliefs. You will be asked for your testimony, your practical experience, your call to missionary service, and biographical information. If both AMG and your sending church approve, AMG's mission committee will schedule you for a personal interview.

Interview
AMG's mission committee wishes to be sure that you have found God's perfect will for your life so that you will be able to serve Him, experiencing His blessing and fruitfulness. During this interview you will be asked to explain your personal philosophy of ministry, particularly that of missions.

Orientation
Subsequent to the interview, you will learn about AMG's missionary financial policy, accountability, prayer letter guidelines, interpersonal relationships, cross-cultural adaptation, etc. Upon completion of this final step, you will be officially recognized as an appointee of AMG International and commissioned by your sending church as their missionary.

A doctor or registered nurse for Bugongi Clinic

Peru - Short-Term Team In-Country Coordinator
Help coordinate and host AMG Mission Adventure Teams from the US working alongside AMG National Pastors and staff.
